Payment Method

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders. Kindly ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package and provide cash payment upon delivery.

Returns and Undeliverable Packages

  • If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, additional reshipping fees will apply.
  • Returns are subject to our return policy, with a flat reshipping/replacement fee of 90 EGP.
